Caterers

Please note that all food for your event must be provided by caterers from our approved list.Any caterer you use must be on this list. Outside or unapproved caterers are not permitted. All food must be commercially prepared and homemade food is not allowed.Quiet Meadow Farm staff do not provide bussing or any other food-related services.These services should be arranged through your caterer and included in their pricing.

Bartender

Please Note: The bartenders listed are the only ones allowed at Quiet Meadow Farm, with the exception being any bartending services offered by our preferred caterers. Bars are 4 hours maximum but you must pay for a bartender for the entire time the alcohol is on the premises. Bartenders are required to arrive at the same time as the alcohol and stay until the alcohol leaves Quiet Meadow Farm.

Dj’s

Please Note: DJ’s listed are the only ones allowed at Quiet Meadow Farm. If you choose not to hire a DJ, please note that our speaker system is only for soft background music and we do not have a microphone. Live Bands are not permitted.
